Details of an employee are captured in this module like Employee Number, Name, Address, Contact Numbers, Date of Birth, Date of Joining, Allowance details, Department, Mode of Salary Payment (cash, auto transfer to bank, heque), DOB, DOJ, ESI & PF Numbers, DOL (Date of Leaving), DOR (Date of Re-joining), Batch, etc.,
Allowances can be defined at group level, so that the same will be populated automatically for the employee on selection of the employee group. Option is also provided to change the allowances for the particular employee too.
User can also enter the details of employee’s Bank name, account number, etc., Employee Type is captured whether he/she is a permanent or casual employee. This option is used to get related reports under two categories.
Agent details are obtained to follow up with particular agent for appointing more employees during season times or to manage the movement of existing employees. Weekly off details, Nominee and relation details are also captured in this module.
Provident Fund and ESI management along with monthly return has been provided in the system. PF monthly statement, Form 3A, Form 6A and other PF related forms are available. Regarding ESI, Form 10, Form 6, Form 5, Form R, Form Q and insurance related report generation facilities are also provided.
Export and Import options are available to integrate Employee Master and attendance entries to other branches, if any.
System will populate the employee photo along with his last increment details, DOB, Attendance %, etc., User can enter the proposed increment details. The same can be approved and stored in the system for later reference.
